North Korean Missile Test Raises More Fears
Recently, Fox News published an article on their website. The headline read: “North Korea Might Be Able to Knock out Electric Power to Millions of Americans — We Need to Be Prepared.”
Earlier that day, North Korea launched yet another intercontinental ballistic missile test.
Fox News responded to the test by declaring that this launch and the ones before it should be a wake-up call for us. The tests should focus our nation’s attention on the possibility of an EMP attack ordered by Kim Jong Un.
The article states: “An electromagnetic pulse attack has become a larger issue in the past few months due to North Korea’s missile tests and stated goal of developing the capability to mount such a devastating strike.”
“No Power… for Weeks or Even Many Months”
Just a reminder. An EMP is the result of an atmospheric nuclear detonation that could destroy or at least seriously damage our electrical grid. As well as all electronic devices within the line of sight of the blast.
If this were to occur, it would not be a minor inconvenience for Americans. It would be devastating.
In fact, experts have claimed that 90% of Americans could die if EMPs are used against our country.
As the Fox News article says, “The result of an electromagnetic pulse wouldn’t just mean no iPhones for a few hours. If enough electric power transformer stations are affected, it would mean no power to millions of people for weeks or even many months.”
North Korean Tests Becoming More Serious
We have disregarded Kim Jong Un’s threats before. But then in September, North Korea launched its most powerful nuclear test yet.
This test was very large and it followed the previous one closely. Those facts alone made it obvious North Korea is more serious than ever about its intentions.
Fox News says, “A North Korean missile carrying a nuclear weapon exploding over the U.S. could cause an electromagnetic pulse…
“This means no lights or other electric-powered devices in homes and businesses, no water filtration, no regional food hubs, no transportation grid — none of the things we take for granted in modern civilization.”
Kim Jong Un Moving Toward His Terrifying Goal
Kim Jong Un does not even try to hide one fact: He wants to destroy the United States by eliminating our electrical power.
Some media outlets missed this next key threat or chose to ignore it. But Fox News reported it. Kim Jong Un bragged that his nation had harnessed “a multifunctional thermonuclear nuke with great destructive power, which can be detonated at high altitudes for [a] super-powerful EMP attack according to strategic goals.”
Wow! How can anyone NOT take this seriously?
Our destruction has become North Korea’s stated goal. And they are making progress toward it as a nervous world watches.

None of us can change the minds of evil people bent on destruction. None of us can order a strike on North Korea that might keep them from attacking us.
